This Privacy Policy explains how and why FMD25 General Trading LLC trading as “Myko Kids” (collectively “Myko Kids”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, share, transfer, and store personal information through our mykokids.com website (“Site”) and provides information about your rights according to applicable data privacy laws. Myko Kids has its registered office and place of business at Office 527, Level 5, Standard Chartered Building, Emaar Square, Downtown, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) is the “data controller” processing your personal information.


We update our Privacy Policy to keep you informed about your rights and relationship with Myko Kids. By visiting the Site, you accept this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you are encouraged to frequently visit these Policies in order to be updated about the changes on the Site. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.


If you are under 18 you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian (for example, a parent or legal guardian) to use our Site and to the processing of personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.


All terms used are defined in our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), unless otherwise stated.

       (c) place an order on the Site;

       (b) Credentials such as your passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access;

       (c) Demographic information such as your age, gender, country, interests, and preferences;

       (d) Your Social Media username, if you interact with us through those channels;

       (e) Web form information you provide in our web forms (forms that you choose to complete will indicate whether the information requested is mandatory or voluntary);

       (f) Financial information in relation to payments you make in relation to your transactions with us; and

       (g) Feedback and rating information you provide to us such as customer survey feedback and product reviews you write.


Information we collect about you online:

1.3 With regard to each of your visits to our Site, we may automatically collect the following information:

       (a) Account history information related to the Products (as defined in the Terms) you purchase, and the activities associated with your Account;

       (b) Cookie and tracking information such as IP address, device identifier, location data, browser type and language, access times, the uniform resource locator (url), other unique identifiers, and 

             other technical data that may uniquely identify your device, system or browser;

       (c) Browse history information about the online pages you visit;

       (d) Error reports and performance information of the Site and any problems you experience, including error reports; and

       (e) Troubleshooting and help information when you contact us to make a purchase or for customer support services, phone conversations, or chat sessions with our representatives which may

             be monitored and recorded.


Information we receive from other sources:

1.4 We may obtain information about you from third party sources such as public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and from other third parties who have your consent to pass 

       your details on to us. We may use the information to better understand you to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing and Products to you, and to help prevent and detect fraud.

2.1 We may use your personal information where permitted by applicable law to:

       (a) deliver and maintain our Site and support or carry out transactions you have requested;

       (b) establish and maintain your Account and provide Account related services;

       (c) facilitate your use of our Site;

       (a) Your consent, for example where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data for certain activities or where we are required to obtain consent under applicable law. You are free 

             to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@mykokids.com. If you withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent before you 

             withdrew it. Where applicable, we may ask for your consent to processing at the point where you provide your personal information;

       (b) To comply with a contractual obligation (for example, using your address details to deliver your order). We will advise you upon collection whether the provision of your personal information 

             is mandatory and of the possible consequences if you do not provide us with your information;

       (c) For compliance with our legal obligations where other laws require the processing of your personal information (for example, health and safety, taxation and anti-money laundering laws) or where 

            we need your personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person; or

      (d) Myko Kids’ legitimate interests which include the provision of our Site and/or relevant Products, and/or the carrying out of marketing and profiling activities, provided always that our 

             legitimate interests are not outweighed by any prejudice or harm your rights and freedoms.


3. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION


3.1 We may share your personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliates or third parties (“Receiving Parties”) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including (without limitation) to carry 

       out transactions you request, or to make our business more responsive to your needs. We will only share your personal information with Receiving Parties who agree to protect your personal

        information and use it solely for the purposes specified by us.


3.2 In addition, we may share your personal information for the limited purposes of selling, marketing or providing support for the Site and the Products offered through it. We may share your 

       personal information with our professional service providers (such as legal, audit, finance and insurance advisors) for the purpose of operating our business.

       another company; or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect Myko Kids, our users or the public.


4. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES


4.1 The Site use "cookies" to enable you to sign in and to help personalize your online experience. These technologies and the information collected about you may be used to track your activity

       across multiple devices. Where appropriate, we use cookies to store your preferences and other information on your computer and mobile devices in order to save you time by eliminating the need 

       to enter the same information repeatedly.


4.2 We also use advertising identifiers which are similar to cookies and are found on many mobile devices and tablets. Like cookies, advertising identifiers are used to make online advertising more 

       relevant. Advertising cookies and advertising identifiers use information about your use of our Site, your response to ads and electronic messages, and to deliver ads that are more relevant to you.

How to reject and manage your Cookies?

4.5 If you wish to restrict or block the cookies we use on our Site, you can do this within your browser settings. The Help function within your browser should tell you how to do this. Please be aware that

       in disabling cookies on our Site, this may affect your experience of our Sites where the functionality is controlled by the use of cookies.

5.1 We use up to date information storage and security to hold your personal information securely in electronic and physical form to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, 

       improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification or unlawful destruction or accidental loss. Whilst we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure and safeguard 

       your personal information, we will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access by third parties and we cannot guarantee that the personal information provided by you or that is transmitted 

       via the Site or by electronic messaging is totally secure and safe and you provide it at your own risk.


5.2 We encourage you to keep any passwords you use confidential and to be careful to avoid “phishing” scams where someone may send you an electronic message that appears to be from Myko Kids

        asking for your personal information. Myko Kids will not request your ID or password through electronic messages.


6. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS


6.1 Your personal information may be transferred to and stored in servers and facilities located in countries outside the country or region in which you reside. Some of these countries may not provide

        the same level of data protection as the country in which you reside.


6.2 We only transfer personal information to these countries, when it is necessary for the services we provide you, or subject to appropriate safeguards that assure the protection of your personal 

       information, such as contractual arrangements (as appropriate) or otherwise in accordance with applicable laws.


7. YOUR COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES, OPTING OUT OF MARKETING


7.1 You may choose to receive or not receive marketing communications from us by indicating your preferences. Opportunities to select your preferences include the following:

       (a) You can click “unsubscribe” in any marketing electronic communications we send you;

       (b) When you save a cart while shopping online, you can choose to receive reminders by electronic communication; and

       (c) For out of stock items (on the Product page) in our Site, a feature allows you to request an electronic notification when an item is back in stock.


7.2 Any marketing by us, or any third parties on our behalf, will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and include (where applicable) methods to allow you to express your preferences 

       including the possibility of being removed from our advertising and marketing lists as set out above or for you to consent to such marketing where required by applicable law). 


7.3 Please allow up to 10 business days for your email preferences to take effect. As some promotions are developed in advance, you may sometimes receive marketing communications after we receive 

       your preference request. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, we may still communicate with you in connection with transactions you request and/or service-related matters.

            our behalf);

       (d) the right to request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances. This may include (but is not limited to) circumstances in which: (i) it is no longer necessary for us to retain 

            your personal information for the purposes for which we collected it; or (ii) we are only entitled to process your personal information with your consent (i.e. because no other lawful ground 

            for processing the personal information applies), and you withdraw your consent;

       (e) where applicable, the right to object to automatic processing and data profiling;

       (f) the right to object to the processing of your personal information where we process such information for such purpose or in that manner which causes substantial and unwarranted harm or distress 

            to you or others and/or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it is likely that the processing for such purpose or in that manner will cause substantial and unwarranted harm or distress 

            to you or others

       (g) the right to ‘block’ or restrict the processing of your personal information, where there are valid grounds for doing so;

       (h) the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant regulator.

9. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION


9.1 We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.


9.2 Your personal information that is processed for marketing purposes will be stored until you exercise the right to withdraw consent, and once such right is exercised, your personal information will be 

        kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We 

        may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.


9.3 To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure

        of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting 

        or other requirements.


9.4 In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information 

        indefinitely without further notice to you.
